Gabrielle New joins forces in this work with Kaira Hachefa and Bronwen Kamasz in a three hour durational performance exploring identity, transformation and the inherent ‘shape’ of things.
This site-specific work uses the manufacturing factory as a metaphor for the manufacturing processes of the psyche in creating identity and covering our true natures. The space becomes a psychological realm and through the performers actions the space between internal and external world’s is explored.
The three hour performance has been sped up into a minute in the link above.
