The Colour of Death: White is a collaboration between Gabrielle Leah New, Carolyn Cardinet and Norm Skipp.
Gaby performs and has created the video, Carolyn created the installation from recycled plastic and Norm the sound. The work was performed live at Bleached the exhibition as part of Art+Climate=Change in 2019 at the Alliance Francaise in St Kilda, Melbourne.
The work addresses creatively the frustration , despair and sadness of the death of our Coral reefs through Coral bleaching as part of Climate change.
This edit is a combination of the live performance and the documentation of the live performance projected into the installation.
